Martin Parnell determined to run 250 marathons over the course of a year and raise $250,000 for Right to Play. He set up a website and blog. We set up Facebook and Twitter and showed him how to use it. Regular publicity was done locally, nationally and internationally over the course of a year. We used social media and press appearances to push for donations for Right to Play. The goal was exceeded. A book deal was secured to tell the travails and triumphs of the 250 marathons.
